Ebergeist is a German-American pub concept inspired by the intersection of my German family heritage and upbringing in the American South. The restaurant brings these two culinary traditions together through a menu of unexpected hybrids, pairing the hearty flavors and techniques of German cuisine with familiar Southern and American comfort foods. Its identity draws from old-world taverns, folk art, and early American design to create a space that feels both historic and distinctly its own. Ebergeist celebrates how food traditions evolve across generations, blending two sides of my own cultural experience into one lively gathering place.
